By completing your registration and paying the deposit, you agree to the following camp rules and regulations:

Community Code of Conduct ("Be Kind")

Respect on & off the mats: This camp is a safe, empowering, and positive space for women in Jiu-Jitsu. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of disrespect, bullying, discrimination, or unsafe training behavior.

Safety first: Always look out for your training partners. If you fail to respect the community guidelines or jeopardize the safety of others, the organizers reserve the right to exclude you from the camp without a refund.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable deposit: To secure your spot, a deposit of €50 is required. Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable, as these funds are immediately used to secure the venue, coaches, and camp logistics.

Mandatory Insurance & Liability

Liability Release: The organizers (Aorta Training Center asbl and the Mat Bandidas team) cannot be held responsible for any personal injuries, medical expenses, illness, or loss/damage to personal property occurring during the event.
